Michael Eastham - CEO & CFO

Michael Eastham is the CEO of Global Lending Group, a Florida mortgage lender, in Altamonte Springs. Mr. Eastham has been involved in real estate and financing for over twenty years. He has a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University. He is a CPA, CRMS as well as a Correspondent Mortgage Lender. He is active in the community as a member of his local church and through the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the Ambassador committee. He is a graduate of Leadership Seminole and serves as Treasurer for its Executive Council. He teaches Continuing Education for Financial Planners, Attorneys and the Florida Assn of Realtors. Mr. Eastham has published many articles and is a recognized expert in the area of residential mortgage financing. He is a member of the National and Florida Associations of Mortgage Brokers as well as the Orlando Regional Realty Association. He is also the host of the radio show, “Your Home, Your Money”, which airs on several stations throughout Florida.

Global Lending Group has grown out of a passion for excellence coupled with a burning desire for entrepreneurial success. Michael and his wife Vickie have 3 children, Nicole, Jonathan and Joshua and reside in Lake Mary, Florida.
