Short Bio
 Javier has been involved in the real estate industry since 2000 after co-founding a successful real estate investment firm in Orlando, Florida. He has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2003 and has focused all his efforts to making homeownership possible to each of his clients. He joined Global Lending Group in 2007 based on the firm’s commitment to mortgage planning and wealth enhancement by utilizing the mortgage as the primary tool. He shares their vision in transforming the lives the people they serve by helping them to align their resources with their values.
In 2006 Javier passed the qualifying exams to earn the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist Designation granted by the CMPS Institute, a training and certifying organization created to help mortgage professionals integrate financial planning concepts into the Mortgage process. CMPS designees can offer clients strategies that encompass mortgage debt management, home equity and real estate investment.
Javier graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and is a long-time resident of Central Florida. His greatest passion is his family. He is happily married and has a son.
